Hello,
This is a reminder that there is still time to complete the Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) requirements associated with your Colorado naturopathic doctor credential. Colorado Statute states that naturopathic doctors with an active credential must meet CPC requirements before renewing that credential. The next expiration date for the current registration period is June 30, 2022.
The State Board of Landscape Architects will hold a virtual Stakeholder Meeting to allow stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes throughout the Board’s rules pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review is to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed.
House Bill 21-1232, a bill passed by the Colorado Legislature and signed into law by Governor Polis last year, established the Colorado Option Program and directed the Division of Insurance to consult with an Advisory Board. The Colorado Option will help improve access, affordability, and racial health equity for Coloradans purchasing health insurance in the individual market (meaning insurance, not from an employer) and the small group market (for employers with less than 100 employees).
