The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) seeks comments from the public and interested persons on Black Hills Colorado Gas, Inc. (Black Hills) request for PUC approval of its 2024-2028 Clean Heat Plan.

Daniel Todd Levine, 53, of Castle Rock, Colorado, was sentenced to six years in prison with three years of parole in Denver District Court. Levine pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud on March 1, 2024, and must also pay $985,000 in restitution.

Recently this office received an inquiry from a consumer asking the following question:

Late on Friday, May 17, the health insurer Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the health care system CommonSpirit Health reached an agreement on a five-year contract that will put CommonSpirit hospitals, outpatient centers and physicians offices in-network for Anthem policyholders.

On May 14, 2024, the Colorado Real Estate Commission (the “Commission”) entered into a Stipulation and Final Agency Order with licensee Ellie Pricillic Reimer, License Number FA.100038970, for license surrender, fines, and public censure.

The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) announced today that its Financial Engagement Unit, part of DORA’ Banking and Financial Services divisions, is collaborating with the Paul Freeman Financial Security Program (PFFSP) at the University of Denver’s Knoebel Institute for Healthy Aging on a new initiative aimed at combatting financial fraud and exploitation of older adults in Colorado.
