Colorado Man Sentenced to Six Years in Prison for Securities Fraud
Daniel Todd Levine, 53, of Castle Rock, Colorado, was sentenced to six years in prison with three years of parole in Denver District Court. Levine pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud on March 1, 2024, and must also pay $985,000 in restitution.
