On May 14, 2024, the Colorado Real Estate Commission (the “Commission”) entered into a Stipulation and Final Agency Order with licensee Ellie Pricillic Reimer, License Number FA.100038970, for license surrender, fines, and public censure. 

Every year, May is designated as Mental Health Awareness Month. In support of this effort, the Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), is sharing new consumer resources to help people access mental health care using their insurance.

The Colorado Civil Rights Division celebrates April as National Fair Housing Month. The Division, along with  our federal partner at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), celebrate the 56th anniversary of the signing of the Fair Housing Act.

The Public Utilities Commission will host a virtual public comment hearing on the power outages that occurred across the front range in early April. In 2023, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) found that U.S. consumers lost a staggering $4.6 billion to investment scams, a 21% increase over 2022. A significant amount of fraud happened online, with $1.4 billion lost on social media platforms alone.

The Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD) celebrates Black History Month (BHM) 2024. BHM is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their undeniable role in United States History. Black History Month has taken place every February since 1976.

Public input is sought by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC), on its Basic Emergency Service Rules and Quality of Service Rule, on Thursday, Feb. 29., at 11:30 a.m. The public comment hearing is a continuation of one held on Jan. 29, 2024.
